William is a stunning looking dog with his dark red colouring and black mask. He stands 68cm high and weighs 65kg
(and doesn’t have an ounce of fat on him). He has solid bone, a good topline and is a beautiful moving dog.
He was called William because his mother is Scully. (Now if you know anything about the X-Files, you’ll know
that Scully called her son William.) Hence, he couldn’t be called anything else but William.
He achieved his Australian Championship title easily and has done well under international judges - particularly
New Zealand judges. He came 2nd in the Junior Dog Class at the 2003 Brisbane Royal and he won the Intermediate Dog
Class at Toowoomba Royal in 2004. He is now retired from the show ring – his last show being in January 2005.
William has the most loveable personality. A “big loveable lad” is an accurate description of him. He just wants to be
with you all the time. I’ve seen small children (that he doesn’t know) run up to him and throw their arms around his
neck and he’s just stood there and wagged his tail.
He loves to play and his favourite game is for Keith to try and get a 2 litre plastic soft-drink bottle off him.
He hangs on to it with both teeth and paws so Keith can’t get it. He also enjoys playing soccer with a basketball!
