About Levi
In the second half of 2011 Libuše Schreiber of kennel z'Orisku in the Czech Republic emailed us with the most extraordinary offer.
She said that Levi had come back to her as his owner was in poor health and although Levi was always her "pick of the litter" she asked us if
we would like to bring him to Australia.
After looking at photos of Levi and reading Libuse's comments about him we replied, yes, we would love to bring Levi to Australia.
Levi displays strong breed type with that all important trapezoid head, chin, strength of muzzle, broad underjaw, width of back skull, depth and
width of chest, solid bone, good front and rear angulation and he holds his topline well when moving. His movement is correct for the breed
and he has good reach and drive.
Levi's sire is the two times winner of the French Club Match, World/Int/Fra/Esp/Am Ch Moby de Legeane (Ndl). When you look at Levi's pedigree, he has some of the
worlds most influential males within 3 generations - Moby, Felson, Dillen and Apollo. All are Clubmatch winners.
His mother is Czech Jr Ch. Fantasy van de Paterhoek. She has an excellent body with sound structure and a head very much like her father Dillen and grandmother Bintje.
She has produced multiple champions across the world.
Levi is litter brother to Multi BISS, Int, Ndl, Blg, Deu and Dk Champion, Sacred Spirit z'Orisku.
At his first show in Australia, Levi takes a 14 point Best of Breed. From his first 4 shows in Australia, he takes Best of Breed 3 times and is almost half way to
achieveing his Australian champion title already. We are already receiving lovely comments from judges regarding his head, structure and movement.
Levi takes Runner-up Best in Group at the Allora Kennel Club Open Show.
Levi gains his Australian Champion title in 9 Challenges with no 6 point Challenges amongst them. He has beaten quality dogs from our own and other kennels.
Levi's daughter, Bordogue Paige, takes Best Baby Puppy in Show at her very first show. We are thrilled with the type, structure, bone and substance of his first litter
in Australia (with our Grand Champion female, Joelle).
Levi takes Best of Breed at the 2013 Toowoomba Royal. This was his first Royal show. He is the first and only z'Orisku dog in Australia to take Best of Breed at
a Royal.
Levi takes Reserve Challenge Dog at the 2013 Royal Brisbane Show under Mr H Lehkonen (Finland). There were 24 Dogues entered.
Levi takes Runner-up Best in Group and Best Open in Group at the Beenleigh Show Society Championship Show under Mrs S. Bendixen (Qld). This is his first
major group award at championship show level.
Levi takes Runner-up Best in Group and Best Open in Group at the Waterloo Bay Kennel Club Championship Show under Dr K. Hedberg (NSW). This is his second
major group award at championship show level in the last 4 weeks.
Levi is awarded Best of Breed by both Mr A. Foss (Norway) and Mrs M. Sunde (Norway) at the 2013 Caboolture Kennel Club Championship Shows. It was an excellent achievement as
both judges would have judged the breed numerous times in Europe and there was also a big entry of 25 Dogues. Mr Foss gave some lovely feedback about Levi's
type and quality and also commented about the type and how much he liked both of Levi's offspring Kenzie and Bryce.
Levi takes Runner-up Best in Group and Best Open in Group at the Beenleigh Kennel Club Championship Show under mastiff specialist Mr Glen Sparham. There were 115
dogs in the group.
Levi takes Challenge Dog and Runner-up Best of Breed (to Imogen) at the 2014 Toowoomb Royal under French judge Mr J Dupas. We received some lovely comments from
Mr Dupas with him saying "your dogs were clearly the best". Levi's daughter Paige was awarded Best Junior in Group. They are fabulous achievements for father and daughter.
Levi was awarded Runner-up Best of Breed at the 2014 Royal Sydney Show under Mr F Kane (UK).
We were thrilled with Levi taking Best of Breed under Finnish judge Mr J Juslin at the Beaudesert/Maree Kennel Club Show. Levi's daughter, Kenzie, took reserve challenge bitch.
We had shown under Mr Juslin at Sydney Royal
in 2006 where he awarded both Ben and Reggie their classes, so we knew he liked correct type, Dogues built low to the ground with correct closed angles. It was rewarding to have our
dogs take both challenge certificates and both reserve challenges under Mr Juslin.
Levi takes Best of Breed under breed specialist Ms Orit Nevo from Israel.
We cannot thank Libuše of Kennel z'Orisku enough for allowing this gorgeous boy to come to Australia.
Levi is now retired from the showring and spends his day playing with his friends, Wait and Bibi.
We hope that Levi's strong type and strength of pedigree will assist us in the continuing pursuit of correct breed type.

We lost Levi at 10 years and 2 months to Lymphoma. RIP beautiful man!
