About Imogen
Imogen is a low set stocky young lady with a fabulous broad chest, excellent topline, great rear angulation
and a good chin-mark.
This little lady has attitude to burn and looks every bit the part.
She took Reserve Challenge Bitch and Reserve Best of Breed under Hungarian All Breeds Judge, Dr. Dr M. Levente,
at the Beenleigh & District KC Champ Show at 8 months old. She was beaten for Challenge Bitch by her cousin and
kennel mate, Ch. Bordogue Joelle. Imogen then took Reserve BOB over her litter brother Bordogue Tobias. She received
some lovely comments about her structure and type. There were 18 DDBx exhibited that day.
Imogen gains her first Challege Points at the Mt. Gravatt Show Society Champ Show under Mr B. Johns at 8 1/2 months of age.
Imogen takes Reserve Challenge Bitch at the 2009 Toowoomba Royal from the Junior Class. There were 10 females exhibited.
She then takes it again in 2011 and 2012 and 2013.
Imogen gains her Australian Champion title with not a single 6 point challenge amongst them.
Imogen takes Challenge Bitch at the 2011 Royal Brisbane Show under Mrs M. MacBeth (Canada). There were 8 bitches exhibited and 4 of them were imports.
It was so nice to see our home-bred girl do so well.
Imogen has done exceedingly well under a number of international judges during 2011, taking Challege Bitch under a number of them.
Imogen starts 2012 with a bang, taking Best of Breed under Ms E. Tan-Hietalahti (Finland) and is then shortlisted in the top 6 dogs for Best in Group.
It is a fabulous achievement being shortlisted under a European judge.
Four days later she then takes Reserve Challenge Bitch at the 2012 Toowoomba Royal. This is the third time she has been awarded Reserve Challenge
Bitch at Toowoomba Royal Show and each time she taken reserve to Sian.
Imogen takes not only Challenge Bitch at the 2012 Royal Brisbane Show, but a 25 point Best of Breed under Mrs Hassi Assenmacher-Feyel (Germany).
We were absolutely thrilled with her achievement! There were 32 Dogues entered.
Imogen takes Reserve Challenge Bitch at the 2013 Toowoomba Royal. This is the fourth time she has been awarded Reserve Challenge
Bitch at Toowoomba Royal Show. This time she was reserve to Niki and on the other three occasions she was reserve to Sian. She can win
Brisbane Royal twice, but she just can't get Challenge Bitch at Toowoomba...
Miss Imogen does it again, winning Best of Breed at the 2013 Brisbane Royal for the second year in succession. This time it was under Mr H Lohkonen (Finland), which
means that her two Best of Breed wins have both been under European judges. It also means she's now taken Best Bitch for the last 3 years in succession.
There were 24 Dogues entered this year.
Imogen finally does it - after taking Reserve Challenge Bitch year after year - she not only takes Challenge Bitch in the pouring rain at the 2014 Toowoomba Royal, but she
takes Best of Breed under Mr J. J. Dupas (France). To finally achieve it was fabulous, to do it under a French judge was even better. There was a strong line-up
of 21 Dogues entered and we received some lovely comments about Imogen and our other dogs from Mr Dupas.
Unfortunately, Imogen strained her cruciate ligament 3 weeks before the 2014 Brisbane Royal so she did not get the opportunity to defend her title. Given that she is
now almost 7, the 2014 Toowoomba Royal was her last show. What a way to end her outstanding show career!
Like her brother and kennel mates, Imogen is receiving lovely comments from judges about her soundness of structure and breed type.

Imogen was diagnosed with heart failure on Monday 1st August, 2016. (This was three days after we had lost her brother, Tobias, to cancer.) Despite medication, we lost
her on Monday 22 August. RIP my little princess.
