Crux is co-owned with Leanne Miller of Bellarouge Kennel in Sydney and Vicki McArthur of Amedange Kennel in North Queensland. Leanne and Vicki were able to personally choose him themselves during a visit to Libuse Schreiberová's kennel in the Czech Republic. He was almost 8 weeks old at the time and to them stood out from the litter.

Crux is 10 months old and a number of the photos were taken the day after he arrived in quarantine. Although he is loosing his puppy coat, his breed type and conformation are evident and outstanding.

Once again, we cannot thank Libuše of Kennel z'Orisku in the Czech Republic enough for allowing this gorgeous boy to come to Australia.

The offer of a pup from this litter was too good to refuse as his type and bloodlines will benefit all three kennels. With Leanne and Vicki having seen Tyrannus Skyjacked by Emberez win Best in show at the 2009 French Clubmatch, and her litter mates (Storm and Jack) place very well, we were confident that the combination of Fantasy, with her lines from Emberez and van de Paterhoek, and those of Moby would produce similar quality.

Crux's sire is two times winner of the French Clubmatch, Multi BISS/Multi Ch. Moby de Legeane. Leanne and Vicki both had the pleasure of seeing Moby in person at the 2007 French Clubmatch.

Crux's mother is Fantasy van de Paterhoek. Fantasy is a very nice female, better in person than her photos. She has an excellent body with sound structure and a head very much like her father Dillen and grandmother Bintje. While in Belgium at van de Paterhoek kennel in 2009 Leanne and Vicki were able to see both Fantasy's sister and mother. Both are also lovely females.

It is hoped that Crux’s own attributes of head, chin, strength of muzzle, topline, solid bone and good rear angulation will assist us and our partnership kennels in the pursuit of correct breed type.
